haha i was doing my chinese assignment on the comp when my brother suddenly read aloud an essay he found in my old 'kuo chuan presbyterian primary school essay booklet'. he was giggling at the simple language used, and the grammar and vocab mistakes, much to my delight :D

A LIFE SAVED

It was a fine Monday morning. Joe, Jim and Joel went to school together.

their names all start with J, are they brothers? :D

They decided to go fishing in the afternoon.

that was fast.

So they went back home, took their pails and nets and told their parents that they were going back to school.

so they ARE brothers.

After school, the boys went to canal near by.

wah, they in the middle of school hours go back take nets and pails then bring back to school then go canal after school. this not called pon then called what.

They put their bags beside the canal and took off their socks, shoes and shirts.

INDECENT EXPOSURE!

They climbed over the fence and waded in the canal. The water was knee-deep and it was dirty and smelly. They started to search for fishes. They stooped to search for tadpoles.

tadpoles are NOT fishes :D and who in the right mind would go into dirty and smelly water, who knows what causes the stink!

Suddenly, Joe lost his balance and fell into the water. The water carried him away.

HELLO :D the water is KNEE-DEEP!

Both Jim and Joel tried to save him. They used sticks to pull him back. They tried as hard as they could but they could not save him.

sticks, oh my foo STICKS! WAHAHAHAHAHAAA XD

As he was floating in the water, a passer-by saw him. He jumped into the canal to save him.

OUCHH

He pulled Joe back to the bank. Joe was unconscious so the passer-by took him to the hospital as fast as he could. Joe's parents visited him in the hospital that day. They thanked the passer-by for saving Joe.

why the passer-by never get super citizen award by the police?
