jamming at paul lee's house today saw two truths surface.
first: paul lee thinks he's really good (looking). the sudden outburst of egoism and self-consciousness has allowed paul lee to discover hisover confident self. 'look! i look damn good in this picture..' 'wah look, my smile so cute..' i never knew paul lee had this good feelings about himself. before exams i remember the 'i'm damn dumb' and 'i suck', WHAT HAPPENED TO PAUL LEE?! :D:D
second: paul lee thinks paul chu's smile is retarded, which i have no idea why. its a double obsession! plee is obsessed with self and paul chu's smile!! that just turned paul lee into a likely woodbridge nominee :D
jamming today was not as productive as previous sessions. matthew and i decided to swap instruments, guitar with bass. it was ok for awhile, but then he didn't know how to play the bass parts so he started improvising, with results that err.. not so good ah.
i woke up at 7, bathed rushed to plee's house, reached there at 8.50 only to find plee sleeping. matt was late as always :) paul lee gave me green man tou things to eat, they were quite tasteless, but somehow filling. we learnt universally speaking and first date in a haste. then matt screwed up his part on vertigo even after a gazillion tries. but it was alright i guess.
i got caught in the pouring rain in the afternoon trying to get to the bus stop across the road of the church. two sprints still got me entirely drenched, darn. i was shivering the entire afternoon at shalom bp church. and i realised.. adriel comes from there! hmm.. the halloween programme was enlightening and i enjoyed myself. made new friends.. got to know michelle better, and i realised that soft toys dropping from ceilings scare girls out of their wits. i never bothered to wonder where why and what did halloween originate from.. now i know.
my shoes are soaked completely. the multi-purpose ones that i wear to school, church, go out, play soccer, run. darn, that means i have to wash them the first time since i bought them, cause they seriously stink now. hmm, i may consider dumping them into the washing machine.. :D:D:D
