The three people I respect most, in order of merit:

Number 3:
Cesc Fabregas
Occupation: Professional Soccer Player
Nationality: Spain
Age: 18
Club: Arsenal

Firstly, he is one of the youngest first team central midfielders that are actually good. I can't think of anyone else 18 who can be compared to the likes of Fabregas in midfield. He matches the likes of Rooney and Messi, being one of the few teenagers enlisted into the various National teams.

He outwitted, outplayed, outpaced his mentor on the pitch. His swift maneuvers and speed get past even the most experienced of experienced players.

Not only is he talented, he is not that bad looking too. Haha.

At the age of tender 18, he is already such an immovable force on the field. I can seriously imagine his achievements seasons from now. Oooh

Number 2:
Thierry Henry
Occupation: Professional Soccer Player
Nationality: France
Age: 28
Club: Arsenal

My favorite striker and all time soccer player. His fancy moves and precise shots. His goals, his assists, his grace in front of goal. It cannot be described with mere words :)

Arguably the best striker in the world. That explains why the whole world wants him. I just love Thierry Henry.

Number 1:
Arsene Wenger
Occupation: Soccer Manager
Nationality: France
Age: 56
Club: Arsenal

The reason why I admire Wenger the most is his brain. The one that spotted Robin Van Persie from Feyernoord and Henry (then struggling right winger) from Juventus. He even spotted the young Fabregas at the age of 17.

How he put together an inexperienced team of mostly 22 and under and how he gave them the belief that they were better than what they actually are.

The result, they played like they had been playing professional football for the past decade. Slicing past more experienced players from the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Ruberto Carlos, Patrick Viera..

Bending away from the influential financial power of Chelsea's multi-billionaire owner, Wenger did not buy the best and most expensive players like Chelsea did. He did not offer ridiculuos amount of money for players that performed above average for a season. Instead, he used his magic finger and found players like that of young Eboe and Fabregas, which turn out to show great potential.

And is it me, or does 'Arsenal' and 'Arsene Wenger' sound similar. I just hope that Arsenal would win the Champions League. I know they can :)
