guess what, i got an mp3 player! yay! now can ripp all my cds and transfer into the 20GB hard drive of my mp3 player! i'm kinda addicted to it now, bringing it everywhere with its 14hr battery life. and it is rechargable too. slim, silver, shiny. three words that start with S to describe my mp3 player. i'v decided to name it 'John's MP3 Player'. cool name rite?

enjoying the pain

ouch, ouch

my wrist still hurts.. its gonna take 3 weeks to heal. during this period of pain and suffering, i'll be missing PE and 2.4km plus NCC marching and push-ups! haha, enjoying my status now. it hurts yess, but its kinda worth it 'cos there's so many benefits laa :)

anyway, there's PE tomorrow. Yay! i'll be equipping myself with the 3 week MC, while the rest run their 2400 metres :) but the wrist guard is so ugly, yucks. but nevermind, its all for a good cause.

accidents do happen

i'm having a really big trouble now trying to blog. i'm using only my right hand and the index finger of my left hand to type.

its been three days already since i got injured. ouch, my left wrist hurts like crazy. its like this: i was goalkeeping 'cos i had a knee injury. yupp, tripped and fell and scratched my kneecap. yeah, and matthew comes dribbling past the defence with the ball in his possession. 'you die.' he says, i'm assuming he's refering to me, then he rams the ball with all of his might. the ball rockets over straight at me and hits my left wrist. goal. i stumbled on the ground clutching my left hand. ouch, i thought. that hurts. i lay on the ground prone, the crowd gathers and the ball is left on the pitch.

all this happened at like 7 in the morning. a bunch of us woke up at 5.45am to play soccer. ball fanatics. yeah, but i didn't imagine it to turn out this way. it took me like 20 minutes to recover from the first wave of shocks happening in my left hand. the lifeless thing lay on my lap. when someone attempted to touch it, my right hand rushed up in defence. ooh, ouch, i was in pain.

making things worse was that this happened during guitar camp. miss ng was so emotional when she heard about my wrist injury. she cried. cried in anger. she was SO angry she cried. she was saying something about how a musician should take care of himself. yeah, whatever. it was hard to play guitar with a half-dead left wrist. straining and painful. but i'm glad the pain subsided.

went to the doctor's just now at like 10pm. got an x-ray. no dislocations but one of the bone in the wrist kinda got hit out of place slightly. thats the cause of the pain. got a wrist guard, looks ugly, brown color. yucks.

anyways, other than the wrist injury, nothing much. just a big blister on my left foot sole, a deep wound on my right knee, a big cut on my left elbow and some blisters on my toes. all this were caused by one thing, my one passion and love: soccer.

snakes

ooh, i just got this new n-gage game on my phone yea. its called snakes and yupp, you guessed it, its the older brother of snake and snake2, snakeEX, snakeEX2.. this st. gabs guy from ncc sent it to me during gold wing course. He, his friend and i were playing like siao laa.

so fun!

its so addictive. can play up to 8 players via bluetooth i think. my snake was blue color.. yay! objective's kinda simple, get the opponent to crash into your snake and you get points.. winner is the one who has more points or 'kills' more :)

guess who won? yeah, you'r correct again. i won! the first time i played i won. so pro. played second time, i won again.. you pretty much can guess how the rest went :)

oversized burger

can i have a triple cheese, mushroom, chicken beef burger with extra ketchup and chili. i'm trying to squeeze in some extra cheese but it just doesn't seem to be doing any good. whoa, careful. the burger kinda looks like its gonna topple any moment.

ncc from monday to wednesday morning to evening. back home at night, work abit then sleep. and NCC isn't fun in case you may be wondering, in fact i'd rather be serving detention classes than go NCC.

guitar enselm isn't helping either. stay over camp from thursday to saturday. am i imagining things or is my holidays just full flushed down the longkang?

i'm missing YD outing on Wed morning! they get to play badminton, bowling and soccer.. and i'm taking a crappy ncc test. Missing YF small group outing on tuesday.. ahh all the fun gone and everyone's stressing me out!

i just hope june will be better. at least sunday's free, church then sleep. at least i have a consolation.

musically declined

ask me about music and i'll tell you i'm in MEP and i suck in music. contradiction. whatever, anyway i took my grade seven theory today. was it great? of course not!

yea, yea, i'm in MEP and i'm supposed to be musically talented, so what? all i can do is hit the piano and break my guitar strings. study? no way. so i wasn't prepared for the theory paper, in fact i didn't even study. crap, i'm gonna fail. like seriously really. i'm gonna fail.

but who cares? do you? i don't care.

yea, thats the story of a musically declined pinkfudge band member and future punk rock star. are you sad for me? cos i am.

baretop and sweating

hot, hot, hot.

what can i say, its another sunny day. time to get a suntan. might as well. playing soccer baretop, barefeet (nothing else) is fun as always. you get all the attention of the other ball fanatics, haha. its not like i have a great body or anything, but still being the centre of attention is great! played soccer for 'bout an hour during recess and geography. sweat it all out, ooh, i was wet and hot.

Then came dismissal. what else but another period under the sun; baretop and sweating. i scored thrice! hat trick! Wahoo.. was smsing jeann the whole time under the sun while kicking some balls. thanks jeann :) was it an hour or three? cos it felt like eternity under the sun, yet i longed for more. soccer is addictive, better than drugs, so DON'T take drugs :)

What better way to celebrate the end of the day when i got the Scholarship!! now all my IP school fees are paid for, for the next four years, lol.

Carrying the Cross
